HI, I’M MIKA
Three years ago I discovered Pilates, the start of a passion that transformed my life. As a mom of six, I know the challenges, but importance of prioritizing self-care. My vision for PilaFit is to create a welcoming space where women can feel supported and focus on their wellness. By blending Pilates with weight training, I help you achieve your fitness goals in a fun and attainable way.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU COME
We know trying something new can bring up questions. Here are answers to the most common things clients ask before their first session.

Pilates builds strength, flexibility, and balance while being gentle on your joints. With consistent practice, you’ll feel stronger, more confident, and more energized in your daily life.

Not at all. Every session is one-on-one and tailored to your level, whether you’re brand new or have years of practice.

Comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move easily. Grip socks are necessary for safety and stability. I have grip socks for sale if you do not have a pair for your session.

Your first session is all about getting to know you, your goals, and the reformer. Mika will guide you through movements at your own pace and offer modifications as needed.

Most clients notice a difference after just a few sessions. For best results, consistency matters, 2–3 times per week is ideal.

Absolutely! We request that you give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rebookings. Please note that no-shows and late changes are charged the full session.
